Actualy. it's a term still used in the industry. At [Nameless Company], "Test-1" on the router is color bars.

Same here... column A and column B (not as much from columb B as BOJ though). At >nameless company's main competition< TST 1 on the router in color bars, TST 2 is black, TST 3 is color burst test. Plus I have a thing for old test patterns... I have a small .jpg collection of them... someday would like to have nice prints of them on a wall in my apartment.
BOJ... I just hit 23 years in TV including my old cable access days... I can't believe I've put up with this business this long! Is there something wrong with us?
