Alright, Cheyenne made the top 5! A great accomplishment, to be sure, but throw the American South into the mix and we're not even top 100.....

How high does your personal DQ have to be to live in one of these cities? Is there a standard test available to determine DQ?

We can argue the scientific methodology of the study or we can just accept that Cheyenne is a really dorky place.

DQ of a city is, of course, partially determined by the DQ of it's populace. It's also determined by what the city is best known for:

Salt Lake City: Mormans
Cheyenne: Frontier Days Rodeo
Sioux Falls: Uh, I'll get back to you...
Lincoln: A big-ass football stadium
Tulsa: Being in Oklahoma
