foleygraph

Listening to Sue's album "Ten Days in November" before poker and thinking how much I enjoy that album and her music in general. Just to make everything clear here, I really like her music, but part of the reason I like her so much is that she's a babe. I'm a lot more shallow than I let on.....

There's something courageous, dare I say almost high-minded, about admitting that you're shallow. Just because remarkable talent and artistic ability happen to arrive in a gorgeous package is no reason to disregard the package. Such is the curse that all of us beautiful, talented and intelligent women have to live with. If you first respect us for our talent and intelligence we usually don't mind the least little bit if you admire us for our beauty. Any man, except for those who are truly shallow, will soon lose interest in a lovely outer shell if it doesn't contain something of substance. I find your attraction to Foley's "little girl" voice really interesting! Having a less than mature sounding voice myself, I have considered taking up tequila shooting or cigar smoking in order to give it some depth or timbre, maybe a sort of gravelly effect. Three or so years ago I answered the phone at a friend's house and was asked, "honey, is there a grown-up there I could talk to?" I think that's why I am an unabashed potty-mouth. There's something a little twisted about a child-like voice talking dirty that drives men wild!

The sad thing here is that if I post one more thing on this site, this fine graph will be bumped off of the front page and I will have to go into the archives to get a glimpse of this fine and informative graph. Admitedly it won't be the actual information contained within that I'll be looking at.

And T1G, to paraphrase Hunter S. Thompson:

I'd never be one to advocate tequila shooting or cigar smoking, but they've always worked for me.
